The FTSE European Committee met recently to approve changes to the UK FTSE 100 and 250 Indices. SomoniFB provide CFD trading on stocks that are members of these Indices and will therefore introduce new stocks to trade as part of this review.

The additions will be tradable from market open on Monday 24th September 2007.

The announced deletions will be applied at close of business on Friday 21st September 2007. Subsequent to this date it will not be possible to open any new positions in these stocks. Clients with open positions will have six weeks to close out any remaining positions held from this date.

SomoniFB will continue to actively make a market in these stocks until Friday 2nd November 2007 to all clients with existing positions, allowing them to voluntarily close any open positions on the phone. At close of business on Friday 2nd November 2007, all existing positions will be closed at a volume weighted mid-market closing price.
